The hotel is a quick 7-minute walk from the masjid, very convenient! The room was very comfy and tidy. I found the staff happy to help with any questions. The coffee was AMAZING!!!
I didn't receive milk for tea in the room. Guests who like tea should bring some before arrival.

The housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful. They promptly addressed my needs. The restaurant staff were attentive. They contributed to a pleasant dining experience. The front desk manager was nice and efficient. She provided excellent assistance.

The location is near the Haram. The housekeeping staff are efficient. Muhammad Abair was particularly helpful . I appreciate the lady at the reception. She accommodated my early check-in request.
The checkout process are tedious. Parking costs 80 Saudi Riyal per night, expensive.
