The room was clean. A fruit plate was waiting in the room upon my arrival at 2 AM. The front desk staff were very helpful.

I found the location very convenient. It allowed simple short walk to Haram. I appreciated the professional staff. They were especially helpful. The cleaning and concierge staff was efficient and hard working. I found my room worth the price.
I noted that the electricity sockets were insufficient for all my devices.

The hotel is a quick 7-minute walk from the masjid, very convenient! The room was super clean and cozy. I found the staff happy to help with any questions. The coffee was AMAZING!!!
I didn't receive milk for tea in the room. Guests who like tea should bring some before arrival.

The location is near the Haram. The housekeeping staff are efficient. Muhammad Abair was particularly helpful . I appreciate the lady at the reception. She accommodated my early check-in request.
The checkout process are tedious. Parking costs 80 Saudi Riyal per night, expensive.
